OM Guitar
The OM is a smaller-bodied instrument than the dreadnought, especially in body depth, giving it a more intimate feel. It projects well, resonates, beautifully and tends to have a more equal balance across the bass and treble strings.
Standard materials and features:
- Choice of Sitka or Engelmann spruce, or Western red cedar soundboard
- East Indian rosewood back, sides
- Ebonyfret-board and bridge
- Mahogany neck
- Wooden bindings and purflings
- Solid peghead with Gotoh tuners
- Clear Mylar pickguard
- Torsion rod with "through-the-sound-hole" adjustment
- Bone saddle, fully compensated
- 3 line purfling on soundboard: red/white/red or black/white/black
- Snowflake mother of pearl inlay at 5th, 7th and 12th frets
- 1 7/8" wide nut
- Stereo end-pin jack (pre-installed for convenience - no amplification)
